Privacy policy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how we use it in the shutterGo app.
We are constantly improving the app and therefore our Privacy Policy might be updated from time to time to reflect that.

At shutterGo we do not ask for, use, or store any of your personal data.

Geolocation data

In order to show you photographs taken close to your current location, the program uses your mobile device’s geolocation features.
We do not store this information, or use it in any other way except to show you the relevant photos based on your location.

The program asks for your permission to use the location service of your device the first time it starts up. You can opt out any time after that.

If you do not want the app to use your device’s location services, you can still locate photos by supplying an address or selecting a point on the map.

Crash analytics

In order to provide continuous improvement, we use Crashlytics for crash reporting and Answers for usage statistics.

Crashlytics collects informations that does not personally identify users of ShutterGo. Information collected includes, device state information, unique device identifiers, device hardware and OS information and information relating to how an application functions.

This data is anonymous and does not contain any personally identifiable information.

For more information about the data collected by the Crashlytics service, please refer to the Crashlytics privacy policy under the following address: http://try.crashlytics.com/terms/privacy-policy.pdf

By agreeing with this privacy policy you also agree with the privacy policy of the Crashlytics service.
